Wayne Whittingham Joins to Lead Global Regulatory and Strategic
Consulting Group

results, today announced the appointment of Wayne Whittingham, as vice
president, Regulatory Affairs and Strategic Drug Development. In this
role, Whittingham is able to leverage his career experiences in
federally regulated environments, technical regulatory expertise and
project management skills to enhance and expand the capabilities of his
team to better serve the overall global development needs of INC
Research customers.
INC Research's Regulatory Services team has a history of providing a
comprehensive array of operational regulatory and medical writing
support for regulatory submissions. The team works closely with the
company's growing Strategic Consulting Group (SCG) to offer customers
specialized expertise in global regulatory issues. INC Research's SCG,
comprised of in-house MDs, PhDs and MBAs, are able to maximize the value
of its customers' intellectual property and portfolio content.
Whittingham will provide leadership to both of these groups for a more
synergistic approach to drug development.

As a RAC Certified Regulatory Professional, Whittingham has more than 20
years direct experience in regulatory affairs and project management.
Previously, he held senior management roles where he developed
regulatory strategies and provided regulatory guidance to
multidisciplinary projects with various pharmaceutical companies,
including a venture capital firm that specialized in seed stage
investments. He also held the international regulatory affairs role for
a global pharmaceutical company and worked within the FDA for six years
in CBER, CDER and CFSAN.
