Gene Alley to Continue in a Dual Role

LA MIRADA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The E.T. Horn Company, a leading distributor, supplier, marketer, and manufacturer of specialty chemicals and ingredients announced today that Gene Alley has returned as the company's CEO, a position he previously held for 18 years. ET Horn's board has also asked Mr. Alley to retain his title as Chairman.

The Board considered Alley's longtime leadership and myriad business relationships, some spanning several decades, and concluded he would be key in the company's ability to prosper and seek new opportunities even in these times of economic uncertainty.
