The top surface of the heel (5) also presents a concavity (6) for adaptation of the lower saliency of the insole (2). The mold is equipped with a saliency on the heel for the shaping of the concavity (4) of the insole (2). A preferential insole is equipped with a concavity, which is surrounded peripherally by a wall, resulting a narrow top surface that accompanies the border of the insole and that is rendered to support the border of the long sock. A preferential assembly of the feminine footwear with high heel incorporates an impact absorption component on the heel, which is embedded in the concavity resulting from the depression and the wall executed in the insole. The long sock is glued on the top surface of the peripheral wall of the insole. A preferential shaping mold is equipped with a saliency on the heel and of a trimming on the external surface border of the heel, destined to accommodate the peripheral wall of the insole.
