The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing cotton and blue denim garments including the steps of: preparing dyed yarns having a variety of colors; weaving the dyed yarns to make a fabric having the same pattern on the surface and reverse surface thereof; dyeing the surface of the fabric; making the fabric into the cotton and blue denim garments; and washing the cotton and blue denim garments to allow the colors of the pattern formed on the surface of the fabric making the cotton and blue denim garments to be seen from the outside.
